If it is not milky white could be bad injectors. One or more dumping fuel in the cylinder past wrings causing oil to rise. If there is no drop in coolant level and no oil in coolant you can rule out injector couplings or head gasket.

That caused rising of the oil level when diesel mixed with motor oil. In this case, the dipstick oil level may actually rise, indicating a significant amount of coolant has leaked into the crankcase. Same for checking on a flat surface. It doesn’t take much slope to change oil level 1/4 inch. Check it a few more times both cold and hot in the same spot over a week or so. If it keeps rising, you may have a gasket failing letting coolant into the oil pan… and that is bad.

Oil levels that magically rise on their own can be a sign of really bad things happening in your engine. If this falls in the category of magical oil level rising then you need to get it back on the jackstands and loosen the drain bolt and carefully drain out a quart or two.
